Start with MOM-001. It opens and closes every modernization loop, so other MOMs can be activated only after it.
Names, numbers and purposes are the canonical BlueHour60 v1.0 reference architecture (approved 4 October 2026); this site changes none of them. Composition links are proposed and pending approval.
